Cancellation Policy
To retain your deposit, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your appointment. The deposit can be applied to a future booking. For no-call, no-show situations, or if you fail to arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled time, you will forfeit your deposit and incur a 20% cancellation fee of the service cost. YOU MUST CONFIRM AND PAY DEPOSIT AT LEAST 2 HRS IF I SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, This is STRICTLY ENFORCED Thank you for being a part of the Soft Life Experience
