Cancellation Policy

To retain your deposit, cancellations must be made within 48 hrs of your appointment. The deposit can be applied to a future booking. For no-call, no-show situations, or if you fail to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, you will forfeit your deposit and incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the service cost. No deposit/No appointment . Deposits must be paid within 72 hrs before appointment is confirmed. Please note my times are scheduled per bookings the services booked must be completed and cannot be cancelled at time of service , cancellation fee will be applied if so , Thank you for being a part of the Soft Life Experience please note all sets rebalance /refill are the same price and include gel polish color of your choice , cuticle care, cut downs excludes French … Please note: No children or additional guests are permitted during the appointment.
