To retain your deposit, cancellations must be made within 48 hrs of your appointment. The deposit can be applied to a future booking. For no-call, no-show situations, or if you fail to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, you will forfeit your deposit and incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the service cost.
